working together

This work is for people who know something needs to change but have not found a way through it yet. You may be capable and self-aware. You may have tried therapy, thinking, or managing it from the surface. But certain patterns remain.

Anxiety. Burnout. Persistent emotional patterns. Inner conflict. Grief. Creative or decisional paralysis. Trauma and its aftereffects. Spiritual and religious material that needs serious holding.

You do not need a category. If something is not moving, we can work with it.

Sessions are one-to-one and work directly with what is present: physical sensation, emotional patterns, parts of you with competing needs. I draw from Focusing, Evidence-Based EFT, parts work, and somatic approaches. The process follows what is actually happening, not a script.

This is not advice. I am not here to tell you what to do. We work at the level where change actually happens, which means staying with experience long enough for it to move on its own terms. Slower at first. More lasting over time.

“The human soul doesn’t want to be advised or fixed or saved. It simply wants to be witnessed — to be seen, heard and companioned exactly as it is. When we make that kind of deep bow to the soul of a suffering person, our respect reinforces the soul’s healing resources, the only resources that can help the sufferer make it through.”
