What is EFT Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or more commonly known as "tapping". It combines various schools of modern psychology with the principles of acupressure.
EFT has been shown to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), depression, chronic pain and phobias.
